Still Life Workshop 2026
As the festive season approaches, join me for a special two-day Still Life Painting Workshop at the beautiful Reading Rooms in Warham, near Wells-next-the-Sea.
Taking place on 21st–22nd November 2026, this workshop is perfect for anyone who loves still life painting or would like to discover the techniques behind creating striking, traditional still life paintings in oils — with a subtle festive twist.
All abilities are warmly welcome, whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to develop your existing skills. Over the two days, we’ll explore the methods and materials used in traditional oil painting, with friendly, supportive tuition to help you build confidence, learn new techniques and enjoy the process of painting. It’s also a lovely opportunity to spend time with like-minded artists in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
To make the experience extra special, the workshop includes two full days of painting tuition, all materials and equipment, lunch and refreshments. And, of course, we’ll add a little Christmas cheer with a glass of fizz and some mince pies!
